With over 40 years of Georgia Community Banking experience, Marvin is a true industry veteran. He has chaired, served on the boards of directors, and been a member of various committees of the Community Bankers Association of Georgia and the Georgia Bankers Association since 1971. He has been an instructor at the Bank Directors’ College and made multiple guest appearances on CNN as a banking expert. Cosgray is a 12-year member of the Buckhead Coalition, former past president of the Buckhead Business Association, former board member of the Metro Atlanta Chamber of Commerce and the Buckhead Alliance, and is a director of Buckhead Rotary. He earned his Bachelor of Business Administration in Business Management from University of West Florida and his Juris Doctor from Woodrow Wilson College of Law in Atlanta.

Mansfield is a native Atlantan with many years of private banking experience in the Buckhead area. Very involved in the community, Mansfield served as president of the Kiwanis Club of Buckhead, graduated from the Buckhead Business Association’s Leadership Buckhead program, and is serving on the board for both Wilderness Works, an inner-city camp for kids, and Breakthru House (part of Action Ministries), which provides treatment for women with addictions. He graduated from Hampden-Sydney College in Virginia and received his Master of Business Administration with honors from Atlanta-based Oglethorpe University.
