DONAL RATIGAN

Donal Ratigan currently serves as a Director of Georgia Commerce Bank as well as Georgia Commerce Bancshares, Inc.

In 2001, Mr. Ratigan retired from CIT Financial Services (NYSE CIT) where he was employed for 21 years and held a number of sales and management positions of increasing responsibility. Prior to his retirement, Mr. Ratigan was President of the North American division of CIT's Industrial Equipment Financing Group, headquartered in Atlanta. He was responsible for equipment leasing/financing and senior debt financing in a variety of market segments.

Mr. Ratigan earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from the University of Georgia. He served for six years and was a past Chairman on the Board of Directors for Big Brothers/Big Sisters of Metro Atlanta. He also is a member of the Foundation Board of Trustees for the Equipment Leasing Association of America and is President elect of Buckhead Baseball.

Mr. Ratigan and his wife Cathy are the proud parents of three boys, Hyatt, Hugh and Neil. Mr. Ratigan is active in coaching many youth sports such as Buckhead Baseball, NYO Football, and Peachtree Presbyterian Basketball.
